HOW DOES PRE-ORDER WORK?
When you pre-order a product, you can pay part or all of the price of the product to ensure you receive it as soon as it is available for shipping. After completing the pre-order process you will receive a confirmation email and once the item is ready to ship a second email will be sent with a link to our website where you can make payment of the balance of the product.
Please note that the payment method and information used is the same for both pre-order and full payment.

WHAT TYPES OF DELIVERY DO YOU OFFER?
We offer standard shipping which usually takes 2-5 working days. Express shipping usually offers delivery in about 1-2 working days.
HOW CAN I TRACK AN ACTIVE ORDER?
Shortly after the payment has been approved, you will receive an email with the order number. From that moment you can follow the status of your order by logging into "My B&O". All orders are subject to product availability. If there are no more items in stock, we can either fulfill the available items in your order or cancel the entire order if the entire order is no longer available. We will refund you within approximately 14 days for any canceled items that you have already paid for.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel an order. However, you can return the purchase within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price.
